• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@revivra.co with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.
• If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Please note: shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Need a replacement? We’ll gladly exchange your item if it’s defective, damaged, or you simply prefer a new one.
